These Terms ("Terms") form a contract between you ("User") and Raisebiz ("we") setting out the rights and obligations for using our hotel and vehicle rental booking platform. Please read carefully before registering or using our service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By registering or using the Raisebiz platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all Terms and the Privacy Policy published on our website
- If you do not accept these Terms, please stop using our service immediately
2. User eligibility
- Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent
- Registration data must be truthful, accurate, and current
- Users must not impersonate, misrepresent, or use another person's information to register
3. Account types
- Member: A user who books accommodation or rents a vehicle through the platform
- Partner: A provider of accommodation, parking, or vehicles who lists on the platform
- Admin: Raisebiz staff responsible for managing and operating the platform
4. User obligations and restrictions
- Do not use the platform for illegal acts, fraud, or to harm others
- Do not upload content that infringes copyright, is defamatory, obscene, or unethical
- Do not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data or disrupt the system
- Do not attempt to hack, probe for vulnerabilities, or access data without authorization
- Do not transfer your account to another person without written permission
5. Bookings and payments
- A booking is confirmed only after system confirmation and full payment
- Displayed prices include VAT and platform service fees, unless stated otherwise
- Payments are processed via PCI DSS-compliant providers. We don't store your card details directly
- Refund policies depend on each partner — please check before booking
6. Partner obligations
- List accurate information and photos that reflect the actual condition of the property or vehicle
- Maintain service quality as described and respond to inquiries within the agreed time
- Comply with applicable laws — including the Hotel Act, tax laws, and safety regulations
- Pay platform fees and commissions per the agreed plan
7. Service fees
- Member registration is free
- Partners may pay monthly/annual subscription fees and booking commissions based on their chosen plan
- We reserve the right to adjust fees with at least 30 days' notice
8. Intellectual property
- All content, logos, images, software, and platform elements are the property of Raisebiz or its licensors
- Do not copy, modify, distribute, or use commercially without prior written permission
- Content uploaded by partners remains their property, but they grant us a license to use it for service delivery
9. Limitation of liability
- Raisebiz is an intermediary between users and partners. We're not liable for damages caused directly by partners
- We're not liable for indirect, economic, or unforeseeable damages
- Where damages do occur, our liability is limited to the value of the most recent related transaction
10. Account suspension or termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate the Terms, commit fraud, or harm other users
- Users can close their own accounts at any time via account settings
11. Changes to Terms
- We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we'll publish them and notify you at least 15 days in advance
- Continued use after changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the new Terms
12. Governing law
- These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand
- Any disputes shall be resolved by Thai courts
